Mobile X-ray unit for the Amosov National Institute of Cardio-Vascular Surgery
Situation:
The Amosov National Institute of Cardio-Vascular Surgery in Kiev is one of the most important healthcare institutions in Ukraine. Patients from all over the country are brought here and treated by specialists. Seriously ill children from all over the country are also treated here.
Due to the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine, the hospital has to treat significantly more patients. Therefore, a mobile X-ray machine is urgently needed for pre- and post-operative diagnostic checks of the children in the pediatric intensive care unit.
Objectives:
Increase the capacity of X-ray diagnostics at Amosov National Institute of Cardio-Vascular Surgery.
An additional mobile X-ray unit will allow 50-60 more children to be examined and treated daily.
Equip the hospital with a new mobile X-ray machine.
The mobile X-ray unit is an important addition to the hospital equipment and can be used for the treatment of patients beyond the time of war.
Since the manufacturer Roesys MedTech GmbH has a focus on the Eastern European market, regular maintenance and, if necessary, repair is guaranteed without any problems.
The equipment with the mobile X-ray unit contributes significantly to the improvement of medical care for children, especially patients from the neonatal unit and the neonatal intensive care unit, who cannot be transported to the stationary X-ray unit.
