Else Kröner-Fresenius-Stiftung is celebrating its 40th Jubilee. The foundation was established in 1983 by Else Kröner, a German entrepreneur. Since then it has been dedicated to the funding and advancement of medical research and supports humanitarian projects. To date the foundation has funded around 2,400 projects. Its annual funding volume currently amounts to over 60 million euros.
The foundation’s staff took this milestone birthday as an occasion to raise their glasses in a toast together with representatives of the media at the Seminar House in Schmitten followed by a tour of the new building.
